VAMPO elects a Board of Directors annually along with a Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer. VAMPO also has a Program Chair who plans and implements educational programs for the membership. The VAMPO Board of Directors shall consist of members from metropolitan planning organizations located in the Commonwealth of Virginia and members from affiliated agencies.
