VAMPO Webinar: Emerging Environmental Justice Policy and Planning Issues 04.29.22

Environmental Justice and civil rights  concerns have always been a prominent element of community and transportation planning. At times, these efforts have resulted in greater access and fairness -- at other times, the planning process may have fallen short of those ideals. The current administration has made equity one of its highest priorities. This session will explore recent developments surrounding equity and discuss best practices that planning professionals can incorporate into their work to reflect rapidly evolving policies and legal requirements.
